Preparation and Briefing: During this pivotal first step, we immerse ourselves in understanding your vision. Concept Design: Once the proposal is approved, we accommodate any necessary modifications, ensuring the conceptual framework aligns perfectly with your vision. We then create a design list that meticulously outlines every facet of the project, including specific equipment recommendations.

Spatial Coordination: With the design list as our guide, our expert AutoCAD technician collaborates closely in this phase to integrate equipment positions and cable runs into the architectural schematics. This includes crafting detailed designs for joinery incorporation. Each element is strategically positioned to align with the spatial aesthetics and functionality of the space.

Technical Design: This stage is the bridge between conceptual planning and execution. Using the design list and spatial coordination outputs, we provide a formal quotation, ensuring you are informed of every project technical detail. As part of the Master Systems Integrator role we undertake a meticulous process to create a detailed cabling schedule and communication matrix. These crucial documents paired with the cabling architectural schematics are shared with the on-site mechanical and electrical teams, ensuring seamless execution on the ground.

INTEGRATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We excel in Integration and Project Management. Our dedication to transparency means that from the commencement of the manufacturing process to the final touches of construction, we keep you apprised of every development. This ensures that there are no surprises and that the project trajectory aligns with your expectations. Any challenges that emerge are promptly addressed, safeguarding the project’s adherence to both timelines and quality benchmarks.

To ensure that the infrastructure is installed at the correct time during the construction phase, we coordinate closely with the site manager and meet with all tradespeople right at the project’s inception, ensuring all teams are aligned in their roles and responsibilities.

Cabling, a backbone of our integration work, is either entrusted to our cadre of skilled engineers or, if you prefer, to your appointed electrician. Once the heavy lifting of construction and plastering concludes, our team springs into action, terminating the pre-laid cables, setting the stage for the impending equipment installation.

The careful selection of components during the technical design phase now comes to fruition as our team expertly installs each component. We take pride in delivering an exceptional end-product that exceeds your expectations.

AUTOMATION & CONFIGURATION

We specialize in Automation and Configuration of control systems. Prior to installation on-site, all equipment undergoes a rigorous testing, programming, and commissioning process in our state-of-the-art test facility, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

During the on-site commissioning phase, our team utilizes their specialist tools and extensive experience to professionally calibrate all equipment, ensuring that every component is performing at peak capacity.

Our operational framework adheres to a continuous commissioning methodology, employing advanced automated networking tools to perpetually validate that each IP device meets rigorous security standards. This includes the enforcement of approved encryption methodologies such as TLS, the implementation of robust password policies, and the strict use of designated communication ports and protocols.

With the technical aspects of the project fully optimized, we now turn our attention to bespoke customization, creating automation sequences that are tailored to your unique business requirements. Our goal is to simplify operating processes and and deliver an experience that is both intuitive and enjoyable.

SUPPORT, MAINTENANCE & MONITORING

Upon system handover, consistent with the RIBA Plan of Work, we not only ensure a seamless transition but also align with the Plan for Use Strategy. We conduct a thorough walk-through of each room, showcasing how all the installed equipment collaboratively functions. Every element of the system is meticulously matched against the design specification to guarantee that it meets your exacting standards.

As a part of our commitment to continuous improvement and the RIBA guidelines, we undertake a review of Project Performance, incorporating any lessons learned into our ongoing practices. Once you’ve settled into your space, we’ll also manage seasonal commissioning, ensuring optimal system performance throughout the year. And, should there be any defects, rest assured that they’ll be rectified promptly. As part of the handover, we also initiate initial aftercare tasks, which includes a light-touch Post Occupancy Evaluation, ensuring that the system is not only operational but also enhancing your

With the system now in your hands, we provide comprehensive documentation and an owner’s manual. This manual elucidates every nuance of the system, encompassing all warranties, service information, and aligning with the best practices of Facilities Management and Asset Management. This ensures that you’re well-equipped to operate your new building management system fully.

Two weeks into the system’s use, and as a part of our Post Occupancy Evaluation, we extend the offer to tweak and fine-tune the automation, catering to any evolved preferences or insights gained from living with the system.

We also provide various support packages to suit your unique needs, including multiple options for remote support as outlined in our service level agreement. In the backdrop, we are continually monitoring the building’s performance, ensuring it meets the Project Outcomes, with a special emphasis on Sustainability Outcomes. Our aim is to provide exceptional service and support, ensuring you have a stress-free experience from start to finish.
